Incheon Airport cuts the parking fee by 50% (20% for low-emission type 3) for the vehicles below. Most are confirmed automatically through government records when you exit, with no documents. Only multi-child families must register in advance.

No discount is given on site. Apply for a refund on the automatic-discount website. Documents by category: disability or national merit – a copy of one of the welfare card, merit certificate or Korea Expressway discount card, plus the disabled-use vehicle sign; light car or low-emission car – a copy of the vehicle registration; disability organisation vehicle – vehicle registration plus the disabled-use vehicle sign; multi-child family – the documents the website lists.
