Airport Bus Travel Tips
Incheon Airport limousine buses offer the most comfortable, transfer-free journey from Seoul and other major cities to both terminals. At Terminal 1 (T1) board from the designated bays on the 1st floor (arrivals level); at Terminal 2 (T2) use the indoor boarding area on basement level 1 of the transport centre.
How you pay at the airport depends on the operator. Airport Limousine Co. (not the similarly named Seoul Airport Limousine) boards ticket holders first: at T2 every route needs a ticket from the B1 ticket counter or kiosk, and at T1 only 6001, 6002 and 6015 also take cash or a T-money card, first come first served. Korea Airport Limousine (6701–6705) and City Airport Limousine (6100–6104) need a ticket bought first at a ticket counter or kiosk — T1 1st floor, or the T2 Transportation Center on B1. Each route page shows the rule for that bus.
Night buses (N-series) & Baggage Rules
- Night buses: N6000-series buses run during late-night hours (00:00–04:00) to major Seoul hubs (Express Bus Terminal, DDP, Seoul Station), so late arrivals can still get home safely.
- Baggage: Up to 2 large suitcases per person are stored in the luggage compartment free of charge. Oversized items (golf bags, ski bags) may incur extra fees or be refused at the driver's discretion.
- Peak hours: During morning rush hours and holiday weekends, buses may fill up at the first stop and skip intermediate stops. Leave at least 3–4 hours before your flight time.
