Where to Print at Incheon Airport — T1 & T2 Locations

Quick print locations for urgent travel documents.

One more thing before you go

Printing or issuing documents is often needed right before departure, so a tight schedule can be stressful. Check when security is typically busiest on Busy Times, and on a day you need to print, arrive a little earlier. Facility locations are on Airport facilities. (updated for 2026)

Forgot to print your visa, hotel voucher, or e-ticket? Printing facilities are available in both terminals — here is exactly where to find them.

Terminal 1 (T1) Printing Locations

Business Center (3F Check-in Hall)

Near the central check-in area. Offers printing, scanning, faxing, and computer terminals. Hours: approximately 06:00–22:00.

Information Desks

Staff at the 'Information' counters can assist with printing urgent documents. Tell them you need to print a visa or official document.

Airline Lounges (if you have access)

Business class lounges typically have printers available for passengers. Ask lounge staff.

Terminal 2 (T2) Printing Locations

Business Center (3F)

Located in the check-in hall near Korean Air counters. Similar services to T1. Hours: 06:00–22:00 approx.

Before Your Trip — Prevention Tips

Email all documents to yourself (PDF format) before leaving home.

Save to cloud storage (Google Drive, iCloud) so you can open on any device.

Most countries now accept digital documents — verify in advance if a printout is truly required.

Search for your destination's visa requirements: some require a physical copy at immigration.
