Incheon Airport Accessibility Services
Wheelchair loans, electric carts, the priority exit at T1 and T2, accessible parking, and how to request each service at Incheon Airport.
Incheon Airport runs its own services for passengers with reduced mobility, separate from what your airline offers: free wheelchair loans, electric carts, a priority departure entrance and accessible parking. Airline assistance is arranged with the airline.
Available Services
Wheelchair Assistance
Airlines run their own assistance, and how to request it differs by airline, so ask yours before you fly. The airport also lends wheelchairs free of charge at every information desk, and lends electric-assist wheelchairs at T1 (3F, outside exits 7–8; book ahead).
Electric Cart Service
For departing passengers who have difficulty walking. Book on the day, before you reach the airport, through the help desk (1577-2600), or ask at an information desk or a help phone. Carts run on 3F from the entrances to the check-in counters, and after security from the departure entrance to your gate. Hours 07:00–22:00 (not 07:00–09:00 in peak season).
Priority Exit
Passengers with a walking disability can use the priority exit into departures. Show your proof at the airline check-in counter, get a priority sticker, and show it at the exit: T1 3F departure exits 2–5 (side doors), T2 1D and 2A. See who else qualifies.
Accessible Parking
Accessible bays are in the short-term car parks nearest the check-in counters, and in the long-term car parks. Vehicles registered as a disabled person's vehicle in the government records get 50% off the parking fee automatically; unregistered vehicles can claim the refund afterwards. A free wheelchair lift van runs from the long-term car park to the terminal (05:00–22:00, call 032-741-3217 ahead).
